Join educators and trainers and culinary professionals from around the U.S. and Canada in a program ofeducational and industry trends—all aimed at improving your leadership skills.
The Conference will begin on the morning of June 22nd with an all-day session on Educational BestPractices. Topics such as assessment, technology, program design, and curriculum updating will bepresented with ample time for interaction.
That evening there will be a chef’s showcase at the opening reception featuring CIA chefs and otherindustry professionals welcoming you to the dynamic, multi-cultural city of San Antonio.
Saturday and Sunday will offer keynoters, panels, and breakout sessions specifically designed for you.
This event will offer Johnson & Wales Continuing Education Units as well as ACF continuing educationhours (towards certification).
The cost will remain the same as last year: $399 includes all presentations, transportation to/from thehost school and the host Hotel Contessa, reception, two breakfasts, and lunch, as well as the continuingeducation hours.
CAFÉ will have an agenda on-line by early winter. Registration may be by credit card, purchase order, orinvoice.
The Hotel Contessa is offering a special conference rate of $129+ for a single or double room. This is anew, all-suite hotel on the most beautiful part of San Antonio’s famed Riverwalk.
