Front of the House Symposium

March 5 -7, 2010. (Friday to Sunday event)

For the past two years, CAFÉ has offered events for FOH instructors and for 2010, we will be kicking it up a notch!  The challenges for instructors in the areas of beverage and dining room management and operations have been that they are often teaching students who want nothing to do with that side of the business.

The Las Vegas event is meant to establish networks of communication, hear from successful problem solvers and innovators, as well as to tour some of the most incredible facilities in the country.

New this year:  CAFÉ will seek proposals for part of the programming from educators (or others) who wish to participate

This symposium costs $374 each if registered by January 15, 2010. After January 15, 2010, the symposium costs $474. There is a $30 multiple discount if registering more than one person.

There is a $100 discount to anyone registering for more than one CAFE event in 2010 and there is a 10% discount for each additional attendee from the same school. Just use the coupon codes MORETHANONEEVENT Or MORETHANONEPERSON during checkout to apply the discount.

The CAFE Summer Workshops have been approved by the American Culinary Federation for 20.0 CEH (Continuing Education Hours).  These hours may be used in pursuit of ACF certification. Continuing Education Units are available for a processing fee of $20.
