Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
CEUS are available for all CAFÉ events. They are awarded at the rate of one CEU for each 10 hours of instruction. Cost is $20 and may be paid to CAFÉ at the workshop, online or with the registration form. There is no addtional work required to earn CEUS; only proof of attendance, which CAFÉ maintains for each person, is required.

Continuing Education Hours
The American Culinary Federation (ACF) recognizes the CAFÉ workshops and awards 15-20 continuing education hours to attendees. This award is noted on each attendees certificate of completion and is included in the registration fee. ACF continuing education hours apply toward ACF certification and certification renewal.

Professional Development Units
CAFÉ's workshops and leadership conferences are credited as Professional Development Units (PDUs) and satisfy the recertification requirements of the National Restaurant Associations' Certified Secondary Foodservice Education (CSFE) credential.
