The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Colorado is currently seeking a Full-Time Instructor for its Culinary program. This position will teach a range of culinary courses as well as provide oversight for the Culinary Department store room.

Candidates should have a working knowledge of active learning skills and instructional experience in multiple facets of culinary techniques including culinary fundamentals, garde manger, baking, and pastry. Candidate will also have demonstrated successful operation in a foodservice establishment as well a solid understanding of hospitality organizational operations.

Requirements: A Master's degree with 18 hours in a specified field related to education including two years of full-time occupational experience. ACF (American Culinary Federation) certification or certificate eligibility is advantageous. Proficiencies should also include: beverage and bar management, budgeting and inventory management skills, fabrication, and food service computer technology.
