Position requires bachelor’s degree (with graduate level degree preferred), at least ten years of multi-unit senior level hospitality experience and post secondary culinary arts administration experience. Candidate must have superior communication skills and have a documented history of building teams that exceed strategic and operational goals.

Position will be initially based in Macon with regular travel to Augusta, Georgia, where the cost of living is low, the drive to the mountains or coast is under three hours, and Goodwill is recognized as a source for new economic adrenaline for the community.
