Awards are given to instructors/programs based on their essays and supporting materials. Deadline is April 1, 2012 with awards being announced by May 1, 2012. Winners, if individual, will be sent a 1099 form for tax purposes. Send 4 copies of your award nominations to CAFÉ Awards Program, 959 Melvin Road, Annapolis, MD 21403. No electronic submissions. You will be responsible for your own travel and housing arrangements.

To be eligible for a scholarship to be applied toward attendance at a 2012 CAFÉ event, submit a one or two-page essay or article of 500-1000 words describing how you and/or your program meets the criteria as set forth in the scholarship descriptions. You must submit a cover sheet with your name, school, school address, phone numbers, and email address(es). You must clearly state which scholarship you are applying for.
