- Topic: Describe innovative and/or proven successful assessments of student learning in hands-on labs in your program
- Johnson & Wales University Scholarships
- Four awards (for secondary instructors only)
- Award is complimentary registration for any 2012 CAFÉ event
- Topic: Describe how you actively engage students’ interest in the hospitality industry. Include information about on-the-job training experiences and graduate outcomes (if available)
- Idaho Potato Commission Scholarships
- Four awards for either secondary or postsecondary instructors
- Award is complimentary registration to a 2012 CAFÉ event plus up to $300 reimbursed travel expenses to the event
